By working directly with the visionary trustees of the Charity, we have been able to understand the organisation’s mission and key objectives to provide deep creative and technical direction.
The ballot system allows careers to enter multiple ballots based on their geographic location, confirms applicants that qualify for tickets, and takes a small holding payment through intelligent payment service integrations. Admins run ballots to randomly select winners that are automatically notified and sent the corresponding tickets with accompanying venue information.
Concerts for Carers frontend website and back of house balloting platform are accessible by web browser for visitors and admins alike. The entire platform is built to work responsively for easy use on all popular devices and screen sizes.
Support services communicate intelligently to handle secure payments through integrations with Stripe and Quickbooks and a one-time import process successfully moved CRM functionality from Hubspot to a more economical custom solution. We integrate with best-in-class providers like AWS and Mailgun to provide scalability and reliability, which is crucial for a spike in traffic when popular shows are announced.
